ALBANY, N.Y. (NEWS10) -- Two Latham residents were arrested and are accused of unlawful surveillance, one being an employee of the City School District of Albany, and another being involved in local youth sports. Kristy Koldis, 45, and Joshua White, 46, both face several charges. Get the latest news, weather, sports and entertainment delivered right to your inbox! On Friday, around 5:17 p.m., troopers received information that inappropriate photos of children were being exchanged on the internet. Police say an investigation found Koldis and White reportedly took the pictures of a child without their knowledge while compromising positions. Koldis is employed by the City School District of Albany, and White is actively involved in local youth sports. Koldis was placed on administrative leave from Stephen and Harriet Myers Middle School after her arrest, per police. Both were arrested and taken to Latham State Police for processing. WILTON, N.Y. (NEWS10) -- A Johnstown man was arrested on Sunday following a fatal crash in Wilton. Richard Irelan, 45, faces several charges. On Sunday, around 7:52 p.m., police responded to a motorcycle and pickup truck crash on the I-87 exit 15 off-ramp in Wilton. Police say the passenger of the motorcycle, Amanda Sullivan, 43, of Johnstown, was severely injured and was taken to Saratoga Hospital for treatment. A short time later, police received word Sullivan had succumbed to her injuries at the hospital and was declared dead.Police identified Irelan as the driver of the motorcycle. PHELPS COUNTY, Mo. - One man has died and two others a hurt after a highway crash Sunday afternoon near Rolla.The Missouri State Highway Patrol reports that James E. Clark, 62, of Rolla, died from the crash. A 56-year-old man and 63-year-old woman from Florissant, Missouri, were also hurt in the collision. Corpse flower now blooming at Missouri Botanical Garden The crash happened around 5:20 p.m. on Highway 63, roughly six miles south of Rolla city limits. According to the crash report, investigators say Clark was making a left turn and failed to yield to a vehicle with two others. The collision caused Clark's vehicle to overturn, while the other vehicle went off the roadway and ended up in a ditch. Clark was pronounced deceased at the scene. The other man and woman involved in the crash are hospitalized with "moderate" injuries, according to MSHP. Englewood police investigating a two-vehicle crash that killed a motorcyclist appealed for public help.The crash happened Sunday around 2:50 p.m. on Hampden Avenue west of South Broadway. It forced the closure of eastbound Hampden for more than three hours, according to an Englewood Police Department news release. An accident reconstruction team was working at the scene.The victim was not identified. No other information was released. Tuesday marks the deadline for tenants in Los Angeles to pay back the rent they couldn’t pay during the COVID-19 pandemic, and tenant advocates are wary of a spike in homelessness during the city's current housing crisis. The rent due on Aug. 1 is for the first year and a half of the pandemic. One person was found dead in his car and two other people were wounded in a shooting in Norwalk Sunday night.The shooting was reported around 8:40 p.m. in the 12700 block of Pioneer Boulevard near Firestone Boulevard. LOS ANGELES (AP) — A Los Angeles County sheriff’s recruit who was struck by an SUV during a training run last year has died, authorities said.Alejandro Martinez, 27, died Friday of injuries suffered Nov. 16 in Whittier, the sheriff’s department said.He was one of 25 cadets injured when a vehicle veered into about 75 recruits, from the sheriff’s department and several police agencies, who were running in formation.The SUV driver was identified as a 22-year-old man from Diamond Bar.
